To help us look into an issue, please include your device model, OS version, the App version (if you know it), and a short description of what happened. Please do not send photos you do not want to share.
How deletion works
- Swiping alone does not delete anything. Swiping left only adds the item to your deletion candidates.
- You can review your deletion candidates at any time and choose “Keep” to remove an item from the list.
- When you choose to delete, the operating system shows its own deletion confirmation. Items are deleted only after you confirm.
- On iPhone, deleted items usually move to the Photos app’s Recently Deleted album and can be recovered there for a limited time, according to iOS behavior.
- If you use iCloud Photos or another sync service, deletion may also apply to your other devices. Back up important photos before deleting.
Photo access
NOKO Swipe only works with the photos and videos you allow it to access. You can switch between full and limited access in your device settings. With limited access, only the items you selected can be shown and organized.
Photos and videos themselves are not uploaded to the operator’s servers. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Free and Pro
- Free: up to 100 decisions per cycle. The next 100 become available 24 hours after your first free decision. Unused decisions do not carry over. Ads may be shown.
- First-time free Pro experience: eligible users can try Pro for up to 50 decisions, once. It is completely free, requires no payment information, and does not turn into a paid plan or renew automatically.
- NOKO Pro: unlimited decisions without ads, plus Pro modes such as Largest first, Videos only, and Screenshots. Plans are 24-hour Pro (no auto-renewal), Monthly, Annual, and Lifetime (one-time purchase). Prices and conditions are shown on the purchase screen before you buy.
Restoring and managing purchases
- After reinstalling or changing devices, use “Restore purchases” in the App.
- Monthly and Annual plans renew automatically until you cancel. Manage or cancel them in your App Store (or Google Play) account settings.
- Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
- Refund requests are handled by the store where you made the purchase, according to its policies.
